Chad Richardson, Glidden Rep. and Nicole Holverson, PASA called on McCormick Ranch several times trying to win the bid for paint. A cost savings analysis, sample of Speed-Cote Flat and several follow-up phone calls finally converted McCormick Ranch from Sherwin-Williams. This was the second and larger of two orders to finish seven miles of association walls. Total invoice for this sale was approximately $8,100.
