HD Supply Account of the Month

This is a big win for the Glidden PRO team this month. This month Dave Bittner, Paint PASA, at the Colorado Springs Home Depot met and qualified Larry Powell of Powell Construction as a custom home builder shopping in his store. Dave's enthusiasm about the Glidden commercial line interested Larry, who wanted to learn more about our program. After meeting with Larry at his job site, Don Botkin, Glidden Rep, explained the features and benefits of Glidden's pro products and how they outperform the competition. As a result of this meeting, Larry purchased 90 gallons of Speed-Wall PVA and delivered it to the job site later that day. Larry ended up purchasing 70 additional gallons of various Glidden products to finish the job. His annual business is approximately 800 gallons. Having a paint PASA in the store that is excited about the potential of the commercial paint business and is vigilant in looking for contacts during the week makes a huge impact on the pro paint sales through The Home Depot. represents one of the largest sales to date. Milpitas Realty purchased 200 gallons of Speed-Wall, Speed-Cote & Gripper to help complete a recent renovation of one of their properties located in Milpitas, CA. Delivery of the products was requested and required two trucks and two trips to complete the delivery. The customer was extremely appreciative of our service and has committed to buying all of his remodeling supplies from the Home Depot Supply!
