Lord Tennyson Apartments

Lord Tennyson Apartments is a 260-unit apartment complex located in Hayward, CA. They have a crew of 4 employees for grounds, maintenance, and painting. The Maintenance Manager is Ray Savio; his team consists of George, Jim, and Mase. Due to high resident turnover, the apartment complex requires a constant supply of paint.

Lord Tennyson has been a loyal Glidden customer since last year. Their previous supplier for paint and sundry items was Kelly Moore, until we went in and provided them with a comparable product at a more cost-effective price. Since then, they have never looked back. They are currently using Ultra-Hide, Speed-Cote and Gripper primer for all their painting needs. Ray decided to switch to Glidden because of the excellent service, quality products and the comfort level he experienced with using the Pro Desk at the Hayward Home Depot. Ray saves time and money using Glidden. He no longer has to send one of his maintenance guys to Kelly Moore for paint and then to The Home Depot for other supplies. He can now purchase everything in one stop.

Ray also has a great relationship with Marc Requilman, the local Glidden rep. Ray can count on Marc whenever he has paint questions, needs product recommendations, or wants help estimating his paint needs for upcoming jobs.

We have built a great relationship with Lord Tennyson Apartments and will continue to do so. They know that Glidden and The Home Depot can always be counted on for the great product performance and exceptional service for many years to come.
