ICI Paints Registration Policy
Your privacy is important to us. ICI Paints is committed to protecting your privacy and earning your trust. We respect your right to keep your personal information confidential and to avoid unwanted solicitations. Please read this to learn how we will handle your personal information.
We collect information about you to provide the most beneficial interactive Web experience. Transaction Information: This is information about your transactions with us. It includes your activity with Glidden.com's "Project Planner". By registering for your "Project Planner," you agree that:
- ICI Paints is entitled to act on instructions received under your user ID and "Project Planner."
- ICI Paints is not liable for any unauthorized access to your personal information that is not the direct result of negligence on the part of ICI Paints.
- You will keep your "Project Planner" confidential and you will notify ICI Paints immediately if you believe someone else has obtained your "Project Planner" or any unauthorized access has occurred or may occur.
- ICI Paints may block access to the "Project Planner" without prior notice if we believe your "Project Planner" is being used by someone other than you, if any unauthorized access to your personal information has occurred or may occur, or for other reasons.
- ICI Paints reserves the right to remove or delete all files, photographs and personal information pertaining to your specific "Project Planner" at any time. Prior to the deletion of personal data, however, ICI Paints will contact you via the last email address captured within the "Project Planner" so that you may print or store your personal information. ICI Paints is not responsible for any lost, deleted or destroyed information from the "Project Planner" section of Glidden.com.
ICI Photo Release Policy
By submitting a photo to the Glidden.com Web site, you agree with the following:
I, being of legal age, hereby consent that my name, photographs, or writing provided by me, photographs and/or videos in which I appear, may be used by ICI Paints, in whatever way they desire, including television, CD-ROMs, and any other form for the storage, retrieval and reproduction of information, images and sounds; furthermore, I hereby consent that such information, photographs, videos and recordings, and the plates and/or tapes from which they are made shall be their property, and they shall have the right to sell, duplicate, reproduce and make other uses of such information, photographs, videos, and recordings, plates and tapes as they may desire free and clear of any claim whatsoever on my part.
